Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Gram Bahar, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers. Exchanges and Returns

We understand that circumstances may lead you to request an exchange or return of a purchased item. To be eligible for an exchange or return, please note the following:

  • Your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
  • Used products are ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, or you received the wrong item.
  • The product’s seal was not intact at delivery.
  • The product has expired upon delivery.

Timelines:

  • Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Upon approval, pickups will be arranged within 3-5 business days, and exchanges will be completed within the same timeframe.

Cancellations

  • Currently, we do not accept customer-initiated cancellation requests.
  • Exceptions: If we approve a cancellation in rare cases (e.g., technical issues, unavailability of stock), a full refund will be processed.

Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders must not have been dispatched for delivery.
  • Cancellations initiated by us (e.g., incorrect pricing, payment failure) will be communicated immediately.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection for a refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Timelines: 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

PhonePe Payment Guidelines:

  • Payments made via PhonePe will be refunded to the linked PhonePe wallet or bank account.
  • Ensure your PhonePe account details are active to avoid refund delays.
  • For disputes related to refunds through PhonePe, you can contact us directly at grambahar.com@gmail.com or PhonePe support.

No Refund/Cancellation Cases

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Products reported for return after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Used, damaged (post-delivery), or tampered products.
